วันไหนที่ไม่ได้ออกไปทำงาน หน้าที่เอาลูกเข้านอนก็จะเป็นของผม
แต่ผมกล่อมลูกให้นอนไม่ค่อยเป็น เลยใช้วิธีเปิดเพลงให้ลูกๆ ฟัง

ผมชอบเลือกเพลงที่มีเนื้อหาเชิงบวก หวังว่าจะช่วยกระตุ้นทั้งสมองของลูกและสมองของผมเอง ให้รู้จักมองโลกในแง่ดี

มีอยู่สองเพลงที่ผมเปิดเป็นประจำ คือเพลง “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” ของ Bobby McFerrin และเพลง “Three Little Birds” ของ Bob Marley & The Wailers

มีอยู่วันหนึ่ง ผมอยากหาเพลงแนวนี้เพิ่ม ก็เลยนึกขึ้นได้ว่า ทำไมเราไม่ลองแต่งเองสักเพลงล่ะ
ผมเลยแต่งเพลงนี้ขึ้นมา ระหว่างที่กำลังกล่อมลูกนอน

ผมพยายามเลือกใช้คำง่ายๆ ที่ตัวเองเข้าใจ จนได้ท่อนฮุกว่า “Ain’t No Need to Worry”
พอผมร้อง ลูกก็ร้องตามได้ทันที แล้วเราก็ชอบเพลงนี้กันมากๆ
ก่อนนอน เราจะร้องเพลงนี้ด้วยกัน

จนวันหนึ่งผมรู้สึกว่า น่าจะอัดเพลงนี้เก็บไว้
เพราะถ้าไม่ทำอะไรเลย เพลงนี้อาจหายไปตามกาลเวลา เมื่อลูกๆ ค่อยๆ โตขึ้น

ผมอยากเก็บเพลงนี้ไว้เป็นความทรงจำ
ว่าครั้งหนึ่ง ตอนที่ลูกยังเล็ก เราเคยแต่งเพลงนี้ และร้องเพลงนี้ด้วยกันก่อนนอน

วันนี้เลยอยากเอามาแชร์ให้เพื่อนๆ ที่นอนหลับยาก ลองฟังกันดูนะครับ
