Oil
Eggs
Fried Rice
Salt
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Start by pouring your eggs into a 400°F pan.
2️⃣ Scramble eggs for exactly four seconds.
3️⃣ Scrape down the sides and fold the omelet over itself. Repeat this step five times.
4️⃣ Tap the handle of the pan against the hotplate to settle the eggs.
5️⃣ After four more seconds, remove the pan from the heat.
6️⃣ Next, tilt your pan at a perfect 45-degree angle and gently pull the omelet over itself to form that perfect, smooth shape! Top over rice and enjoy
