① ぐるぐるアップルパイ
【材料】
• りんご … 1個
• グラニュー糖 … 大さじ2
• シナモンパウダー … 小さじ1
• 冷凍パイシート … 3枚
• 粉砂糖 … 適量
• お好みのアイス…適量
【作り方】
① りんごはよく洗い、水気をしっかり拭き取る。
横に輪切りにし、芯の部分をくり抜く。
② グラニュー糖とシナモンパウダーを混ぜ合わせる。
③ りんごの両面（切り口）に②をまんべんなくまぶす。
④ 常温に少し置いてやわらかくしたパイシートを1cm幅にカットし、りんごの周りにぐるぐると巻きつける。
⑤ 200℃に予熱したオーブンで約25分焼く。
⑥ 粗熱が取れたら、仕上げに粉砂糖をたっぷり振って、アイスをのせて完成。

② ミニクルンジ
【材料】（パイシート1枚で8個分）
• 冷凍パイシート … 1枚
• グラニュー糖 … 適量
（トッピング）
• チョコレート … 適量
• カラースプレーなど … お好みで
【作り方】
① パイシートを4等分にカットし、それぞれを斜めに切って8等分にする。
② 1つずつ端からくるくる巻く。
③ クッキングシートで挟み、上から天板を押し付けて薄く伸ばす。両面にグラニュー糖をまぶす。
④ クッキングシートで挟んだまま、さらに上に天板をのせた状態で、200℃に予熱したオーブンで約20分焼く。
※天板が1枚しかない場合は、耐熱ガラス容器やバットで代用可能。軽い場合は重石をのせて焼くときれいに仕上がります。
⑤ 焼き上がったら粗熱を取り、溶かしたチョコレートにつけてカラースプレーなどをトッピングして完成。
