I Tried to Survive 1 Year in the Most REALISTIC FARMING Modpack in Hardcore Minecraft

Continuing from my last realistic 100 days play through where I lost Matt, I haven't give up on him yet.
I've been told he's located and is alive but for now I can only give him supply drops of food.
So that's what I'm going to do as i use a huge number of farmer's delight mods and add-ons to grow enough food to keep him and myself alive for as long as I can
